LCPC THERAPISTS (REMOTE)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Omni Wellness is seeking Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs) to join our expanding virtual behavioral health team. In this fully remote contractor role, LCPCs provide high‑quality teletherapy services to clients across Maryland. This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive, innovative telehealth environment.

Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality‑improvement initiatives
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in virtual care
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active LCPC license issued by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field
Demonstrated clinical competence in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to build rapport in a virtual setting
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Commitment to serving diverse populations and expanding access to mental health care
Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive, experience‑based compensation structure designed to reward clinical expertise and support your long‑term professional growth. Earnings are based on caseload, service type, and level of engagement, with clear opportunities to increase your rate as you expand your client base, take on additional responsibilities, and as you build tenure and remain actively engaged with the practice.

REMOTE LGPC THERAPISTS
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) to join our diverse clinical team. This is a remote position providing teletherapy services to clients across Maryland. LGPCs will work under the supervision of Board-approved LCPCs and gain valuable experience with a broad range of clients and presenting concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current LGPC license issued by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field required
Commitment to completing supervision requirements toward LCPC licensure
Strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency in creating effective treatment plans
Strong communication skills and comfort with teletherapy platforms
Passion for serving diverse populations and expanding access to care
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Organizational and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards
